Order Processing & Shipping
Allow 2 to 5 days for orders to be packaged and dropped off to selected shipping hub. Time frames given for USPS and UPS delivery are estimates based on their websites. Holidays and increased shipping volumes may alter estimated times.
Alex Ren Jewelry ships in recycled and reused packaging whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.
Returns & Exchanges
Alex Ren Jewelry will accept returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery.
Exchanges for different sizes are welcomed within 10 days of delivery.
